Frequently asked questions

Here you have a list with answers to the most recents questions that we have received.

When can we use the pool?

The pool is open the 24 hours of the day. You don’t need to make a reservation to use it. We do ask you a couple of this: you need to use a bathrobe and sleepers (we can lend them to you if you don’t bring them), and you can use the whirlpool bath during the day (in order to respect the rest of the guests).

Can we choose our room?

Well, yes and no. You can tell us which room or rooms would you like to be. We try to give the rooms according to the needs or petitions of our guests. We have rooms with extra beds for families or groups, other ones are big enough to hold a crib and the ones with a terrace we reserve them for those who travel with pets if possible. What we can assure you is that we will try that you stay at the room that best fits you.

Can we come with our pet?

Yes, we will be delighted to receive as well your pet at home. Nevertheless you need to be aware of our rules regarding them: the pets can be in your room provided that their owners are in the house. They cannot remain at the shared areas.

Do you serve meals?

We offer breakfast (included with the room price) and dinner. We can recommend you very good restaurants nearby where you can have lunch. If you want to have dinner at home, we ask you to tell us so before 19h so you can choose what you want to eat. We usually serve dinner at 21h.

We are coming with a baby. Do we need to bring our crib?

No, you don’t need to. We will set a crib in your room for free.

We want to go out for a walk? Can you prepare us a picnic?

Of course we can. We can prepare you an equilibrated picnic for hikers or some sandwiches. Whatever you feel like most.

I have coeliac condition. Do you have food suitable for me?

Yes, we are used to receive those persons who cannot eat certain food, as it is due to they are allergic, intolerants or because they don’t eat them because of personal reasons. We do ask you to inform us before you come to our house so we can be well prepared.
